Suggestions for reducing the Risk of Injuries etc.
Make sure all players are warmed up correctly
Your pre-game stretch should be a DYNAMIC STRETCH. This means all stretching is done with MOVEMENT not standing still and stretching.
At the end of the game try to have your players stretch again BUT this time it is a STATIC stretch meaning standing still.
Ask parents before the season starts if their children have any potential health concerns
Always follow the 2 adult rule. Never be be alone with a child always have at least one other adult with you at all times.
